These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChouChou Condo, the 1000 Princes website, related games, mobile applications, AI features, community features, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).
本服务条款（以下简称“条款”）适用于您访问和使用 ChouChou Condo（啾啾公寓）、1000 Princes 网站、相关游戏、移动应用、AI 功能、社区功能以及其他相关服务（以下统称“本服务”）。
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ChouChou Condo is an interactive entertainment service that may include:

- player profile features / 玩家档案功能；
- paid digital access or membership features / 数字付费权益或会员功能；
- other features introduced from time to time / 今后新增的其他功能。
Features may vary depending on platform, device, region, account status, or version.
不同平台、设备、地区、账号状态或应用版本所提供的功能可能有所不同。
2. Platform Accounts

ChouChou Condo may be available through different platforms, including Steam, Google Play and, in the future, the Apple App Store.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

- a Steam player account is separate from a Google Play player account;
- a Google Play player account is separate from an Apple player account;
- purchases, player profiles, entitlements, saved information, or account history are not automatically transferred between platforms.

- Google Play 玩家账号与 Apple 玩家账号相互独立；

Downloading or purchasing the Service on more than one platform does not automatically merge those accounts.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining control of the platform account and device used to access ChouChou Condo.
您有责任妥善保管用于访问 ChouChou Condo 的平台账号及设备。
You must not:

- impersonate another person / 冒充他人；
- attempt to access another player’s account / 尝试访问其他玩家账号；
- interfere with authentication or security mechanisms / 干扰身份验证或安全机制；
- sell, transfer, exploit, or misuse an account where prohibited / 在禁止的情况下出售、转让、滥用或利用账号；
- use automated systems to abuse the Service / 使用自动化工具滥用本服务。
We may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or other parties.
如为保护用户、本服务或其他相关方具有合理必要性，我们可能限制或暂停相关账号。
4. Paid Digital Access

Certain ChouChou Condo features may require paid digital access.
ChouChou Condo 的部分功能可能需要购买数字付费权益。
Where offered, access may be provided for a defined period, such as approximately 30 days.
在相关平台提供时，数字权益可能以固定期限提供，例如约 30 天的使用期限。
The exact price, duration, currency, taxes, payment method, and purchase conditions displayed by the applicable platform at the time of purchase govern that transaction.
具体价格、期限、币种、税费、付款方式及购买条件，以购买时相应平台显示的信息为准。
5. Platform Payments

Purchases made through the Google Play version are processed through Google Play Billing.
通过 Google Play 版本进行的购买由 Google Play Billing 处理。
Purchases made through an iOS version, when available, will be processed through Apple’s applicable in-app purchase system.

Purchases made through the Steam version are processed through applicable Steam payment services.

Payment processing, taxation, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks, payment authorization, and certain purchase disputes may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of Google, Apple, Steam, or another applicable platform.

6. Renewal and Expiry

Where ChouChou Condo offers prepaid or non-renewing access, the entitlement does not automatically renew unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.
当 ChouChou Condo 提供预付费或非自动续订型权益时，除非购买页面另有明确说明，该权益不会自动续订。
When supported by the applicable platform, users may purchase additional access before the current entitlement expires.
在相应平台支持的情况下，用户可以在当前权益到期前再次购买，以延长使用期限。
When a paid entitlement expires, features requiring that entitlement may become unavailable until eligible access is purchased again.
当数字付费权益到期后，需要该权益的相关功能可能会暂时无法使用，直至再次取得相应权益。
7. Refunds, Revocations and Payment Problems

Refund eligibility is generally determined by the platform through which the purchase was made.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, revoked, charged back, cancelled, found fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated by the platform, the associated ChouChou Condo entitlement may also be removed or adjusted.
如果平台将某项购买退款、撤销、取消、拒付、认定为欺诈交易或以其他方式判定交易无效，与该购买相关的 ChouChou Condo 权益也可能被移除或调整。
We may correct entitlement records when necessary to reflect verified platform transaction information.

8. AI Features

ChouChou Condo may provide AI-powered character conversations, AI-generated replies, and other generative AI experiences.

AI-generated content is produced automatically and may sometimes be:

- inaccurate / 不准确；
- incomplete / 不完整；
- unexpected / 与预期不符；
- inappropriate / 不恰当；
- inconsistent with a fictional character’s intended personality / 与虚构角色设定存在偏差。
AI responses are provided for entertainment and interactive purposes and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
AI 回复主要用于娱乐及互动体验，不应被视为医疗、法律、财务、紧急情况或其他专业建议。
Users should not rely on AI responses where professional judgment or real-world safety decisions are required.
涉及现实安全或需要专业判断的事项时，用户不应依赖 AI 回复作出决定。
Where available, users may report inappropriate AI-generated content.

9. User-Generated Content and Comments

Users may be able to submit comments, profile information, messages, or other content.

- contains malware, spam, scams, or fraudulent material / 包含恶意程序、垃圾信息、诈骗或欺诈内容；
- attempts to manipulate, disrupt, or exploit the Service / 试图操控、干扰或利用本服务。
We may moderate, restrict, hide, remove, or retain records of content when reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
为保障安全、进行内容审核、遵守法律或执行本条款，我们可能在合理必要范围内审核、限制、隐藏、删除内容或保留相关记录。
10. Reporting and Moderation

Where reporting features are available, users may report comments, AI-generated content, or other inappropriate material.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed. We may review reports and take action based on context, applicable rules, platform requirements, and available information.

Abuse of reporting features may itself result in restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ChouChou Condo and associated original content—including characters, stories, artwork, interface designs, text, music, audiovisual content, game elements, branding, and other original materials—are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
除非另有说明，ChouChou Condo 及其相关原创内容，包括角色、剧情、美术、界面设计、文字、音乐、视听内容、游戏元素、品牌及其他原创素材，均受到适用知识产权法律保护。
Access to the Service does not transfer ownership of such intellectual property to users.

You may use the Service only for personal use permitted by these Terms and applicable platform rules.

12. Prohibited Technical Activities

13. Availability and Changes

ChouChou Condo is an evolving online service.

We may add, modify, replace, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, platform compliance, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that every platform will contain identical functionality.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party service availability, hosting infrastructure, platform services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Mobile and Platform Differences

Certain features may be platform-specific.

For example, desktop-specific features available in a PC version may not be available on Android or iOS, while mobile versions may offer platform-specific authentication, payment, storage, interface, or device functionality.

Such differences do not by themselves constitute a defect in the Service.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

Where reasonably appropriate, restrictions may be limited to particular features rather than the entire account.

16. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their ChouChou Condo account through deletion tools made available by the Service or through the methods described in our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security.

Deleting a ChouChou Condo player account does not automatically delete the user’s underlying Google, Apple, or Steam platform account.

The Service may rely on third-party services, including platform authentication, payment systems, hosting infrastructure, AI providers, content delivery networks, and other technical services.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from the Service will be subject to any limitations permitted by applicable law.
